Ages 12-17 Girls – The Hopes Group
The Choices and Hopes programs at Fox Run are treatment programs that provide a secure environment for therapeutic programming and educational services to adolescents 12-17 years of age. The Choices and Hopes programs support residents in developing systems to better-manage symptoms, emotions, and behaviors associated with traumas or other mental health-related concerns. These programs generally continue over a 3-6 month period but vary based on presenting issues to be addressed.
To be considered for the Choices or Hopes programs at Fox Run Center, residents are typically experiencing symptoms associated with severe depression or other axis I diagnoses; family and/or social conflicts; anxiety; excess fears; severe problems with self-esteem, mood and/or thought disorders; impulse control disorders; aggression; self-injurious behaviors; coping with trauma; sexual, physical, and/or verbal abuse and/or neglect.
The Stepping Stones Program provides a multi-disciplinary treatment that addresses medical, psychiatric, social and academic needs. Our team balances therapy, age appropriate activities, life skills, and education in a safe, structured and fun setting.
