Treatment
Admission to any of the clinical programs at Fox Run does not require a formal application. Our referral process consists of submitting a variety of clinical documentation for review and acceptance by Fox Run's Medical Director and clinical team. To make our referral process as easy as possible, we have committed staff available 24/7 to answer questions and assist with the admissions process.
Our experienced team will help the referral source and/or family with Medicaid, private insurance companies and other payer sources to secure funding. Admissions are scheduled upon confirmation of funding and bed availability. If you have any questions, please contact our Assessment Center at (800) 245-2131 or (740) 695-2131. You may fax any referrals to us at (740) 695-7151.

Fox Run primarily serves youth from Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Since each state’s Medicaid program is designed differently, we encourage all parents and/or guardians to contact Fox Run to receive information on your Medicaid coverage regarding residential treatment. Ohio Medicaid patients require a contract from the county prior to admission. West Virginia Medicaid patients must be authorized for residential treatment prior to admission by WVMI, which establishes medical necessity. Pennsylvania Medicaid requires prior approval from the various Managed Medicaid programs. Our billing specialists can assist you with any questions you may have.
Fox Run is also contracted with most private insurances, which also require authorization prior to admission. Please feel free to contact our Business Office if you have questions regarding your current coverage
