Fox Run Center primarily serves youth from Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Since each state’s Medicaid program is designed differently, we encourage all parents and/or guardians to contact Fox Run to receive information on your Medicaid coverage regarding residential treatment. Ohio Medicaid patients require a contract from the county prior to admission. West Virginia Medicaid patients must be authorized for residential treatment prior to admission by WVMI, which establishes medical necessity. Pennsylvania Medicaid requires prior approval from the various Managed Medicaid programs. Our billing specialists can assist you with any questions you may have.
Fox Run is also contracted with most private insurances, which also require authorization prior to admission. Please feel free to contact our Business Office if you have questions regarding your current coverage
